Pinecroft Funding Group, a small-business funding broker in San Marcos, TX, starts every request with a short form (contact details, business name and three range picks) and a phone call about what the money is for. Lending partners make every credit decision and set rates and terms; sending the form does not commit you to anything.
Once the form reaches Pinecroft
- We get in touch. Pinecroft Funding Group calls or emails you at the details you entered to ask what the money is for and how the business would repay it.
- We agree on a structure. Together we settle on the funding type that suits the purpose, and with your go-ahead we take the request to partners that offer it.
- A partner reviews it. Expect requests for bank statements, tax returns or a quote, possibly a credit check, and then the partner's own decision.
- You decide. If an offer comes, compare the total cost and the payment calendar. You can always say no.
Information to keep off the form
There is no field for a Social Security number, bank account numbers or statements, and you should not send those by ordinary email or text. Revenue and the amount go on the form only as ranges; the purpose and the real figures are discussed on the phone.
Consent and your information
The checkbox has consent wording beside it; give it a full read before the form leaves your screen. How your details reach lending partners is set out in the broker disclosures; everything else is in the privacy policy.
Rather talk first?
